Abstract

Enhancing the information technology teaching ability of"double-qualified"teacher team in vocational colleges is of great practical significance for improving the quality of technical talents training and supporting the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Based on the theory of teacher professional development,this study conducted a questionnaire survey among 466"double-qualified"teacher team in vocational colleges to explore the mechanism by which their digital literacy affects their information technology teaching ability.Research has shown that age,educational background,major and training status are important individual influencing factors for the information technology teaching ability of"double-qualified"teacher team.Digital literacy has a significant positive impact on information technology teaching ability.They also play a chain-mediating role between digital literacy and information technology teaching abilities.The heterogeneity analysis reveals that digital literacy plays different roles in promoting different dimensions of information teaching ability,with the greatest influence on the dimensions of technical knowledge,technical teaching knowledge,and technical content knowledge.By introducing scientific research and teaching research capabilities as intermediaries,this study explores the relationship between digital literacy and information-based teaching abilities of"double-qualified"teacher team in vocational college,reveals the training mechanism of information-based teaching abilities for"double-qualified"teacher team in vocational colleges,and promotes the improvement of information-based teaching levels in vocational colleges.
