基于全国大数据分析的高等职业教育人才供需匹配研究
Research on the Supply-demand Matching of Talents in Higher Vocational Education Based on National Big Data Analysis

Abstract
Focusing on the issue of the"disconnect"between talent cultivation and industrial development,and continuously optimizing the layout of majors and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation to meet industrial demands,thereby providing strong support for highly skilled talents in the pursuit of Chinese-style modernization,is a significant mission for China's higher vocational education.This study conducts an empirical analysis of the supply-demand matching of talents in higher vocational education from three aspects based on data sources such as national employment surveys of higher vocational graduates,the higher vocational education status database,and big data models:Firstly,it analyzes the closeness of the setting of higher vocational majors across regions to local economic development based on major distribution data;secondly,it examines the dynamic matching degree between the layout of higher vocational majors and industrial structure based on changes in enrollment structure;and thirdly,it gains insights into the quality of talent supply in higher vocational education and the supply-demand matching situation based on employment big data analysis.Based on the analytical conclusions,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:to strengthen overall planning and coordination,emphasize cross-regional collaboration,and balance regional differences through the sharing of quality resources;to adhere to industry demand orientation,establish a major early warning mechanism,and improve the linkage mechanism of"enrollment-cultivation-employment";and to focus on talent cultivation,continuously optimize the evaluation system oriented towards improving skill levels and employment quality.关键词
