Abstract
With the rapid development of the construction industry,BIM(Building information model)quantitative analysis technology has increasingly become an important tool for architectural design optimization.This paper aims to explore the concept of BIM quantitative analysis technology and its application in architectural design.By analyzing the quantitative tools of design stage,rapid evaluation methods of design scheme and successful cases,we reveal its far-reaching influence in improving design accuracy and efficiency,promoting collaboration and information sharing.However,with the development of technology,the industry is also faced with multiple challenges such as insufficient standardization and data security.This paper finally prospects the future development trend of BIM quantitative analysis technology,emphasizing its broad prospects in the field of architectural design and urgent problems to be solved.关键词
