Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor(OSST)and to provide reference for diagnosis and treatment of OSST.Methods The clinical data of six patients with OSST confirmed by clinical pathology in Yunnan Cancer Hospital from August 2005 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the related literature was reviewed.Results The onset age of six OSST patients ranged from 16 to 78 years old,which was lon-ger than that reported in the literature,and even two cases were postmenopausal.One patient presented with abnormal men-struation,one patient presented with abdominal pain,three patients presented with pelvic mass,and one patient presented with other signs.The OSSTs of the six cases were solitary tumors,and most of them were located in the left adnexa.In the six patients,intraoperative rapid frozen section pathological examination could only provide morphologic and pathological diagnosis,but could not determine the benign or malignant nature of the tumor.Five patients underwent open surgery and one patient underwent minimally invasive surgery.Conclusion OSST should be considered for ovarian tumors with solid tumors,no distant metastasis,and normal tumor markers.OSST has a good prognosis,and minimally invasive surgery can be selected.For patients with fertility requirements,full preservation of reproductive function can be considered.关键词
