基于SSR分子标记的石菖蒲遗传多样性与群体结构分析
Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Acorus tatarinowii Based on SSR Molecular Marker

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the genetic diversity and population structure of different population resources of Acorus tatari-nowii,to clarify the genetic background of germplasm resources of Acorus tatarinowii.Methods:A total of 390 Acorus tatarinowii germ-plasm from 13 different populations were studied.Simplified genome sequencing was performed using RAD-seq technology.SSR molecu-lar marker and primers were designed.The genetic diversity parameters of different populations were calculated.The comparision of difference between groups and cluster analysis were performed using AMOVA and UPGMA.Results:33 pairs of SSR primers were selected and 121 alleles(Na)were detected.The average number of effective alleles(Ne)was 3.1146.The results of genetic diversity evaluation parameters showed that the average polymorphism information content(PIC)was 0.6033 and the average Shannon index(I)was 1.1755,indicating that the population had rich genetic diversity,and the genetic variation within the population was higher than that among the populations.The 13 different populations of Acorus tatarinowii were clustered into 4 distinct groups.Conclusion:The results of this study clarify the genetic background and population structure of different germplasm Acorus tatarinowii,and provide a scientific basis for further germplasm evaluation,breeding population construction and new variety breeding.关键词
