Optimization of Sweating Process of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix Based on Box-Behnken Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of different primary processing methods on the quality of Angelicae Pubescentis Ra-dix,explore the main processing factors affecting the quality of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix,optimize the processing technology of An-gelicae Pubescentis Radix,so as to provide basis for ensuring the quality of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix.Methods:Using dihydropars-ley,dihydroparsley ethyl ester,osthole and dihydroparsley angelic acid ester as index components,AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index component,the comprehensive score value was used as the index to optimize the processing method of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix.Combined with single factor experiment,Box-Behnken design-response surface method was used to investigate three factors of sweating temperature,sweating time and relative water content before sweating,and optimize the process of sweating processing of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix.Results:The optimized process of sweating was as follows:When the fresh Angeli-cae Pubescentis Radix was baked at low temperature(below 50℃)to the relative water content of the sample was about 50%,sweating at 25℃for 3 days.Conclusion:The response surface method of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix sweating process has the advantages of simple operation and good stability,and can provide scientific basis and theoretical reference for the primary processing of Angelicae Pu-bescentis Radix in the production area.关键词
