云南斑籽木化学成分及其抗炎活性研究
Chemical Constituents of Baliospermum calycinum and Their Anti-inflammatory Activities

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents and in vitro anti-inflammatory activities of Baliospermum calycinum.Methods:The 95%ethanol extract of Baliospermum calycinum was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,RP-C18 column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and semi-HPLC,the structures of the compounds were identified according to their physical and chemical properties and spectral data.The LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophage inflammation model was used to determine the anti-inflammatory activities of the compounds.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from Baliospermum calycinum and identified as ajugamarin B2(1),ajuganipponin A(2),cassipouryl acetate(3),trans-phytol(4),3-hydroxy-7,8-dide-hydro-β-ionone(5),3-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-β-ionone(6),3-hydroxy-β-ionone(7),9-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one(8),dehydro-vomifoliol(9),9-hydroxy-4-megastigmen-3-one(10),vomifoliol(11),grasshopper ketone(12),loliolide(13),pubinernoid A(14),in-dole-3-carboxal-dehyde(15),indazole(16),osthol(17),scopoletin(18),isofraxidin(19),evofolin B(20),respectively.Compound 5 inhibited LPS-induced NO release from RAW 264.7 macrophages at a concentration of 25 μmol/L with IC50 value of(18.44±0.76)μmol/L.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2,3,5 to 8,10,12,16 to 20 are isolated from Baliospermum genus for the first time.Other compounds are isolated from Baliospermum calycinum for the first time.Compound 5 shows potential anti-inflammatory activity.关键词
