云南重楼中两个新皂苷及乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性研究
Two New Saponins and Anti-acetylcholinesterase Activity of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents and anti-acetylcholinesterase activity of 75%ethanol extract of the lateral roots of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by YWD-3F macroporous ad-sorption resin,silica gel chromatography column,Rp-18,Sephadex LH-20 dextran gel,preparation and semi-preparative HPLC,the structures were identified by modern spectroscopy,the acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity was evaluated by Ellman method.Results:Fifteen steroid saponin were isolated from the lateral roots of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis and identified as(25R)-spirost-5-en-3β,7β,17α-triol-3-O-α-L-rhanmopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhanmopyranosyl-(1→4)-[α-L-rhanmopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-17(20)-dehydrokryptogenin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),parisyunnanoside G(3),parisyunnanoside H(4),parisyunnanoside I(5),(23S,24S)-spirost-5,25(27)-diene-1β,3β,21,23α,24α-pentol-1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl-24-O-β-D-fucopyr-anoside(6),padelaoside A(7),polyphyoside Ⅳ(8),polyphylloside Ⅲ(9),floribundasaponin B(10),ypsilandroside L(11),parisver-ticoside C(12),pennogenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→5)-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→4)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glu-copyranoside(13),pennogenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),pennogenin-3-O-α-L-arabibofuranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds,compounds 3 to 14 are isolated from the lateral roots of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis for the first time.The anti-acetylcholinesterase activities of 12 compounds are determined.The results show that compound 15 shows certain acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity with IC50 value of 39.229 μmol/L.关键词
