Chemical Constituents of Peganum harmala and Anti-Fibroblast-like Synovial of Rheumatoid Arthritis Cell Activity
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Peganum harmala and their anti-fibroblast-like synovial of rheumatoid arthritis cell activity in vitro.Methods:The extract of Peganum harmala was isolated and identified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.The antifibroblast activity of the compounds against rheumatoid arthritis in vitro was tested by MTT assay.Results:Twenty-one com-pounds were isolated from Peganum harmala and identified as formononetin(1),isovanillic acid(2),vanillic acid(3),vanillin(4),di-hydroisoquinolone(5),androsin(6),schizandriside(7),carnosin(8),dehydrobisgallic acid(9),lysidicichin(10),costuslactone(11),dehydrocodenolactone(12),puberulin(13),4-methoxycinnamic acid(14),3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid(15),meridinol(16),neroplo-macrol(17),isoshonanin(18),fraxidin(19),calanthoside(20),digiferruginol(21),respectively.Compounds 5,17,20 were toxic to fi-broblast-like synovial of rheumatoid arthritis cell.Conclusion:All the compounds are isolated from Peganum harmala for the first time.Compounds 5,17 and 20 have anti-fibroblast-like synovial of rheumatoid arthritis cell activity in vitro.关键词
