摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the solid fermentation products of the endophytic fungus Penicillium crustosum.Methods:Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC and other chromatographic separation technologies were used to isolate the ethyl acetate part of the solid fermentation product of Penicillium crustosum.The structures were identified by NMR and ESI-MS.Their anti-bacterial and anti-tumor activities were tested by double dilution method and CCK-8 method.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated and purified from the fermentation products of Penicillium crustosum and identified as 2′,4′-dihydroxy-3′,5′-dimethyl acetophenone(1),4-methyl-6-acetylresorcinol(2),methyl-2,4-dihydroxy-3,5,6-trimethylbenzoate(3),communol F(4),communol E(5),6-acetyl-2α,5-dihydroxy-2-(2-hydroxypropyl)-3α,8-dimethylchroman(6),butyl isobutyl phthalate(7),ethyl ferulate(8),7β-hydroxygeosmin(9),3-hydroxy-4-phenylquinolin-2(1H)-one(10),(Z)-3-benzylidene-4-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-benzo[e][1,4]diazepine-2,5-dione(11),(3S)-1,4-benzodiazepine-2,5-diones(12),respectively.The MIC values of the compounds were all greater than 100 μg/mL,and the IC50 values were all greater than 100 μmol/L.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2,4,5,7 to 9 are isolated from Penicillium crustosum for the first time,none of the compounds shows significant antibacterial or anti-tumor activity.
