羊肚菌种植对土壤营养和微生物多样性的影响
The Effect of Planting Morchella esculenta on Soil Nutrition and Microbial Diversity

Abstract
Using the Illumina Nova Seq 6 000 platform,amplicon sequencing was conducted to analyze the correlation between microbial com-munity diversity and soil nutrient composition,using both mushroom producing and non mushroom producing soils within the same facility as the research object.The aim was to explore the impact of mushroom producing or not on soil bacteria and fungi.The results showed that the e-mergence of Morchella esculenta increased soil pH,decreased soil nutrients and heavy metal content.Normal growth of Morchella esculenta in-creased the richness of soil bacterial communities,inhibited the richness of fungal communities,and had a relatively small impact on the even-ness of soil microbial species.At the phylum level,the dominant microbial communities of the two soils are consistent,with both bacteria be-longing to the phylum Proteobacteria,with relative abundances of 38.71%(MF)and 41.39%(MUF);fungi belong to the Ascomycota phy-lum,with relative abundance of 40.04%(MF)and 51.50%(MUF).The relative abundance of dominant bacteria at the phylum level is pos-itively correlated with soil nutrient content,with the highest correlation between available phosphorus content and the relative abundance of dominant bacterial communities,and the highest correlation between pH and the relative abundance of dominant fungal communities.关键词
