摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study was to screen out the effective insecticides for controlling the larva of A.orana,and to provide a reference for the effective control of this insect.In this study,the insecticidal activity of 11 insecticides against Lepidoptera larvae was determined by leaf im-mersion and contact method.The median lethal concentration(LC50)of different insecticides was calculated by constructing toxicity regression equation.The results showed that Abamectin,Thiodicarb,Fipronil,Chlorpyrifos and Diafenthiuron all had high toxicity to the 4th instar larvae of A.orana,and the corrected mortality rate was above 80%.The order of toxicity of the five insecticides to the larvae of A.orana was Abamectin(0.024 mg/L)>Thiodicarb(8.579 mg/L)>Fipronil(33.704 mg/L)>Chlorpyrifos(58.592 mg/L)>Diafenthiuron(977.842 mg/L).The toxicity of Phoxim,Bifenthrin,Lambada-cyhalothrin,Beta-Cypermethrin,Thiamethoxam and Acetamiprid to the 4th instar larvae of A.orana was low,and the corrected mortality was lower than 20%after 72 h,indicating that the above six insecticides had no obvious toxicity and were not suitable for the control of A.orana larvae.This experiment screened out five kinds of insecticides with high virulence to A.orana,which pro-vided a scientific theoretical basis for the efficient control of this insect.
