多花黄精叶斑病病原鉴定及拮抗菌对其抑制作用研究
Identification of Pathogens of Polygonatum multiflorum Leaf Spot Disease and Their Inhibition by Antagonistic Bacteria

Abstract
Using plants with typical symptoms of Polygonatum multiflorum leaf spot disease as raw materials,the pathogenic fungi were isola-ted from the diseased leaves using tissue isolation method.Morphological observation and sequence analysis of ribosomal rDNA-ITS(internal transcribed spacer)region were used to classify and identify the pathogenic fungi.The inhibitory effects of three antagonistic bacteria:Glu-conobacter nephelii H-1,Bacillus subtilis H-3 and Bacillus magmatium B-2 on dominant pathogenic fungi were studied.The results showed that the main pathogens causing the leaf spot disease of Polygonatum multiflorum were Epicocum sorghum and Pestalotiopsis microspora;further re-search has found that the antagonistic bacterium of Bacillus subtilis H-3 had a strong inhibitory effect on both strains of pathogens,with inhibi-tion rates of 91.37%and 98.21%,respectively;Bacillus magnetrium B-2 also had a strong inhibitory effect with inhibition rates of 44.98%and 95.49%,respectively;while Gluconobacter nephelii H-1 on the two pathogenic fungi mentioned above was relatively weak,with inhibition rates of 31.89%and 50.41%,respectively.In summary,Bacillus subtilis has the best antibacterial effect and can provide a basis for the re-search and development of biopesticides in the later stage.关键词
