摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To study the effect of foliar spraying different mass concentrations of selenium fertilizer on the fruit quality of blueberry"O'Neal".[Method]Three-year-old blueberry O'Neal was used as experimental material.100,300,500,700,900 mg/L selenium fertilizer were sprayed on the leaves to determine the firmness,total sugar,total acid,ratio of sugar to acid,vitamin C,total anthocyanin,total flavonol and selenium content of blueberry fruit under each treatment.[Result]Different concentrations of selenium fertilizer had different effects on blueber-ry fruit quality.The selenium content of treated T4 fruit was the highest which was 19 times higher than that of the control.The internal quality of fruit such as total sugar,ratio of sugar to acid,vitamin C,total anthocyanin and selenium were significantly higher than those of the control,while the hardness was lower than that of the control,and the total acid and total flavonol were significantly lower than those of the control.The fruit firmness and total acid of treatment T1 were the highest.The vitamin C content and sugar-acid ratio of treatment T3 was the highest.And the total flavonol content of treatment CK was the highest.The comprehensive scores ranking of each treatment were as follows:T4>T3>T5>T2>T1>CK.[Conclusion]The effects of 700 mg/L selenium fertilizer on blueberry fruit quality and selenium content were the best.
