摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To explore the effects of different proportions of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on drought resistance physiology of Coffea arabica L.[Method]Using the"3414"(3 factors 4 levels and 14 treatments)formula fertilization scheme,1-year-old Coffea arabica L.seedlings were used as materials to analyze the effects of different fertilization treatments on five drought resistant physiologi-cal indicators(POD,MDA,Pro,SP,CAT)in the leaves of seedlings.[Result]Except for MDA,physiological indicators such as POD,Pro,SP,and CAT in the leaves of Coffea arabica L.seedlings were higher than those in the blank conrol group(N0 P0 K0);the N2 P1 K2(me-dium nitrogen,potassium and low phosphorus)treatment showed the best overall performance;comparing three treatments,potassium fertilizer was a key factor affecting the drought resistance physiology of Coffea arabica L.;the effectiveness of fertilizer is also influenced by the interac-tion of three fertilizer elements.Medium nitrogen and low phosphorus(N2 P1)are conducive to the effectiveness of potassium fertilizer;medium phosphorus and medium potassium(P2 K2)levels are conducive to the effectiveness of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer.[Conclusion]Appro-priate fertilization formula can enhance the drought resistance physiology of Coffea arabica L.seedlings.And the drought resistance physiologi-cal indicators of Coffea arabica L.seedling in N2 P1 K2 treatment were the best.
