摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of multi-element in tea and explore the difference of element content among different varieties.[Method]The second leaf of tea tree was collected and dried by microwave,the contents of multiple elements were deter-mined by ICP-MS.[Result]The linear relationship of 26 elements was good(R2≥0.997 5).The content of major elements in tea leaves was K>Ca>Mg>Na,and the content of essential trace elements in tea leaves was Mn>Fe>Zn>Ni>Sr>Cu>Co>Cr>Sn>Se>Mo>V.The contents of non-essential trace elements was Al>B>Ti>Ba>Tl,harmful elements accorded with national standard regulations.Cor-relation analysis showed that 45 pairs of elements had significant positive correlation and 9 pairs had significant negative correlation.The re-sults of cluster analysis showed that the cluster of tea tree varieties of large leaf species tended to be one class,and the tea tree varieties in the same breeding area tended to be one class.The results of principal component analysis showed that B,Na,Sn,Al,Cd,Pb,Se,Sr,Ba,Mo,Cr,As,Zn,Ti,Ni and Fe could be used as the characteristic elements of these tea trees,and 10 tea tree varieties with the highest compre-hensive scores were screened.[Conclusion]The contents of various elements in tea planted in local tea gardens are rich,and the harmful ele-ments are low.The study results provide reference for the quality control of local tea and the selection of tea tree varieties.
