合肥市"粮头食尾"发展SWOT分析与对策研究
SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures Research on the Development of"Liangtou Shiwei"in Hefei

Abstract
Hefei actively responds to the national food security strategy,strengthens the concept of"Liangtou Shiwei"(grain-to-dining govern-ance),and promotes the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry chain.This paper adopts SWOT analysis to assess the advan-tages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of"Liangtou Shiwei"in Hefei,and constructs a matrix strategy analysis.Hefei has the advantages of rich agricultural resources,strong scientific and technological support,and perfect processing system,but also faces the disadvantages of short industrial chain,low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and shortage of agricultural talents.At the same time,Hefei faces opportunities such as policy support and increased market demand,as well as threats such as increased market competition and resource constraints.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasure suggestions such as focusing on agricultur-al science and technology innovation and results promotion,optimizing the layout of the grain industry chain,strengthening the cultivation and introduction of agricultural talents,and expanding the diversified market,in order to promote the high-quality development of the grain industry chain in Hefei.关键词
