摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of road construction in China,the ordinary national and provincial roads built in the early stage have gradually entered the post-service period,the road performance has gradually decreased,and the demand for structural repair of pavement surface has been increasing.As a new type of solid waste utilization material,steel slag is increasingly widely used in road engineering.In this paper,a common national and provincial road network structure reconstruction project is taken as an application example to carry out the mix ratio design of the whole steel slag micro-surfacing.The bridge deck pavement of a real bridge micro-surfacing is tested and verified.The basalt steel slag micro-surfacing contrast test section is set up simultaneously.The road performance and economic benefits of steel slag micro-surfacing and basalt micro-surfacing bridge deck pavement are compared and analyzed.The problems and improvement measures of steel slag micro-surfacing bridge deck pavement are discussed.The results show that the steel slag micro-surfacing bridge deck pavement has certain anti-skid and wear resistance.In the later stage,there is a phenomenon of steel slag scattering and falling off and the new bridge deck markings are broken.It is recommended to use the aggregate blending strategy of'coarse steel slag fine stone'.Considering the step freight rate and the interpolation of the factory unit price of steel slag,the whole steel slag micro-surfacing is affected by the combined effect of the transportation distance and the paving area(or the amount of steel slag)on the converted unit price compared with the basalt micro-surfacing.
