Abstract

Relied on the positioning observation of the greening land of Jintang Expressway(S40),this study used a static dark box gas chromatography method to conduct a complete year of in-situ observation and study on the soil CH4 absorption flux and its auxiliary environmental factors of greening grasslands and locust tree forests.The results showed that the cycle of soil CH4 absorption flux in locust tree fields was significantly affected by changes in soil temperature and humidity.The higher the soil temperature and humidity are,the smaller the CH4 absorption flux in locust tree fields is.During the experimental period,the CH4 absorption intensity of grassland and locust tree soil were 40.276 6 μgC·m-2·h-1 and 53.649 3 μgC·m-2·h-1,respectively.The total annual CH4 absorption range in grassland and locust tree soil was 3.528 2~4.699 4 kgC·ha-1·a-1.From the perspective of the annual cycle,different vegetation soils all exhibit CH4 sink function,the total CH4 absorption of locust tree soil is significantly higher than that of grassland.
