吸湿发热型防水面料的开发及热湿性能研究
Development and Study of Thermal and Moisture Properties of Moisture Absorption and Heating Waterproof Fabric

Abstract
In order to explore the thermal and moisture properties of waterproof fabrics,Dralon acrylic fiber with moisture absorption and heating function was blended with viscose fiber and cotton fiber.Four-needle circu-lar weft knitting machine was used to weave weft plain structure fabrics,and the influence of blended yarns with different proportions on the comfort performance of waterproof fabrics was explored.Then the fabric was conduc-ted waterproof treatment by coating and dip-padding,and the effects of coating process and dip-padding process on thermal and moisture properties were investigated.Through analyzing the properties of unfinished fabrics and fabrics treated by two processes,Dralon acrylic/viscose yarn with a blending ratio of 50/50 was selected as the best yarn for waterproof fabrics.The properties of waterproof fabrics treated by coating and dip-padding were compared.The results show that the fabrics treated by the two processes have good warmth retention,and the fab-rics treated by the dip-padding process have better thermal and moisture properties than the fabrics treated by the coating process.Therefore,the waterproof finishing of the fabric using the dip-padding process has less effect on the performance of the fabric,which provides some theoretical support for the subsequent waterproof finishing.关键词
