耐高温丙纶单丝性能测试与对比分析

摘要
Abstract
The filter press will run near 100℃in order to decrease the water content of the wet sludge,rai-sing higher dimensional stability requirements for the filter cloth,which is the core part of the filter press.In this study,aiming at high-temperature resistant polypropylene monofilament samples developed by enterprises,prop-erties such as roundness,breaking strength and elongation,thermal shrinkage in boiled water and creep deforma-tion of samples were tested and analyzed in order to provide the market with new products of high-temperature re-sistant polypropylene monofilaments filter cloth for plate-and-frame filter press and set up scientific evaluation method index.关键词
