摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the monitoring of infrasound produced by rock and soil mass movement in the process of geological disaster evolution of landslide and debris flow,a capacitive infrasound sensor with wide band and high sensitivity is designed.The infrasonic sen-sor has several excellent characteristics.With wide frequency band,it can detect sound waves in the range of 0.1 Hz-100 Hz,which covers most infrasound frequency bands and part of audible frequency bands produced by geological disasters of debris flow and land-slide.A combination of acoustic filter and filter circuit is used to suppress signals,interference and noise outside the monitoring frequen-cy band.It has good frequency response,within the design frequency range,the response is straight.It also has wide dynamic range,the loudest pressure level can reach 117 dB.Its sensitivity is high,up to 15 mV/Pa.By using a small mass of 6μm thick diaphragm,it can be insensitive to vibration.Its size is small,making it easy to carry.The container for the backing volume is wrapped with 5 mm thick thermal insulation cotton for thermal insulation,which can achieve continuous and stable work.
