摘要

Abstract

Acoustic magnetic abel is currently the most widely used type of hard tag in electronic product anti-theft systems(EAS).Its cir-cuit consists of a magnetic rod coil and the capacitor series.Accurate measurement of the resonant frequency f and quality factor Q of the coil capacitor circuit is a key technology in the EAS industry.In response to the shortcomings of existing single and double coil detection technologies,based on the principle of mutual inductance coupling,the method of measuring the f and Q of such labels with a single coil is improved by compensating the resistance of the capacitor series used for signal extraction.A simulation model is established and Multisim software is used for simulation.The results show that the improved method for measuring f and Q is feasible.In addition,an EAS acoustic and magnetic label quality detection instrument is developed with the MSP430 processor as the core.The test is conducted on the acoustic and magnetic label with a working frequency of 58 kHz.The data show that the absolute error of the detection instrument for measuring resonance frequency is less than-15 Hz,and the absolute error of the quality factor is less than 1.0.The accuracy analysis shows that there is no difference between the measured f value of the tester and the fixed value of the standard sample.The position impact analysis indicates that the mutual position of the probe and label will not affect the measurement results.
