Abstract
The complex working environment makes the ultrasonic transducer unable to work in the best state,resulting in weak echo signal and serious attenuation,and the performance of gas ultrasonic flowmeter will be affected.In order to solve this problem,the char-acteristics of impedance and resonance point of ultrasonic transducer are analyzed.A frequency tracking method of ultrasonic transducer based on echo peak value is proposed.According to the relationship between echo peak value and frequency,a mathematical model is established by using frequency characteristic points and the optimal initial frequency is calculated.Then the frequency is tracked by tak-ing the inverse tangent function of the model as the step change factor,and the optimal excitation frequency is finally obtained.The ex-perimental results show that the tracking of the optimal frequency is accurate and fast with the proposed gas ultrasonic flowmeter,and the performance of ultrasonic gas flowmet under complex working conditions is improved.关键词
