Inspection Method of Punch Combination Position in Plate Heat Exchangers Based on Vision Technology and Coordinate Transformation

Abstract
As an important component of the refrigeration system of new energy vehicles,the accuracy of the installation position of the plate heat exchanger direct affects the assembly quality of the whole machine,and then is related to the stability of the vehicle refrigera-tion system.Due to the large production volume of plate heat exchangers and many detection indicators,the existing manual detection methods have the disadvantages of low efficiency,inability to quantitatively trace,and being easy to make mistakes.Therefore,an online detection method of plate heat exchanger hole formation based on machine vision is proposed to realize the automation and intelligence of plate heat exchanger hole group position detection.By establishing the hole position coordinate transformation model,a single indus-trial camera is used to obtain two-dimensional images of the mounting hole and the joint hole through multiple shooting in different posi-tions,and the position relationship between the heat exchanger hole group is measured in real time through camera calibration,image preprocessing,feature extraction and other means to realize the online detection of the position degree of the hole group.In the experi-ment,six groups of samples are selected to measure the position of the product by using three-coordinate imager and line laser,and the position degree got is compared with that got by using the proposed method,using uncertainty analysis of the measurement system was carried out,and the results showed that the measurement error of the detection method is less than 0.025 mm,which has high detection accuracy and can meet the needs of automatic detection of the production line.关键词
