Abstract
This paper proposes a joint age of queue and channel aware probabilistic scheduling(JAQCA-PS)to minimize average queuing delay under a given power constraint for the trade-off between queuing delay and power in cooperative vehi-cle infrastructure system(CVIS).The proposed strategy designs the age of queue(AoQ)information as one of the schedu-ling parameters,and establishes a cross-layer scheduling model by combining the packet arrival information and state infor-mation of the block fading channel,and expresses the problem of minimizing the average queuing delay as the constrained Markov decision process(CMDP).By transforming the nonlinear problem into an equivalent linear programming(LP)problem,the numerical results of the optimal transmission parameters and the optimal queuing delay-power trade-off under the JAQCA-PS strategy are obtained,the accuracy of the results are verified by Monte Carlo simulation.关键词
