摘要

Abstract

Based on the research of the decay-like aging composite insulators,the cross-section of the decay-like ageing core rod was cut to obtain its radial aging characteristic parameters.The cross-sec-tional decay ratio was used to reflect the decay-like aging development degree of the composite insulator core rod in the radial direction,and the cross-sectional decay ratio distribution curve in the decay-like aging region was obtained.SEM,FTIR,XPS were used to carry out microscopic comparative analysis on the decay areas,non-decay areas and junction areas of the core bar section.The results show that decay-like aging will develop in the axial,tangential and radial directions of the mandrel surface;The development speed of decay-like aging presents the rule of"axial>tangential>radial";The develop-ment form of decay-like aging is mainly manifested in the degradation of epoxy resin on the surface of the core rod in the axial and tangential directions,and in the radial direction is mainly manifested in the degradation of epoxy resin on the surface and deep layers of the core rod and the fracture of glass fiber.
