Abstract
In response to the challenges of efficiency and precision posed by industrial automation and intelligent manufac-turing to traditional welding technology,an intelligent welding system based on collaborative robots is proposed and de-signed.This system aims to enhance the intelligence level of welding operations by integrating collaborative robots with ad-vanced control algorithms.The necessity and feasibility of applying collaborative robots in intelligent welding systems are discussed,and the system design philosophy,architecture,and core technologies are elaborated upon.A thorough analysis of the criteria for selecting collaborative robots,methods of automated planning for welding tasks,and user interface design is provided.Through constructing an experimental platform for system testing,and by comparatively analyzing the perfor-mance of collaborative robots,industrial robots,and manual welding in different dimensions(such as deployment time,learning time,teaching time,welding efficiency,and consistency of weld formation),the effectiveness and practicality of the system are evaluated.The results indicate that collaborative robots significantly outperform industrial robots in terms of de-ployment and learning time,with good performance in welding efficiency and weld formation.Although the welding rate of industrial robots is slightly higher,collaborative robots have advantages in overall efficiency and stability.The experiment also verifies the reliability of the system in practical applications,demonstrating its stable operation in various test environ-ments and meeting the quality requirements of industrial welding.Future work will focus on enhancing the adaptive capabili-ties of the system and optimizing the human-machine interaction experience to better serve the development needs of mod-ern manufacturing.关键词
