钎焊参数对SOFC金属连接体钎焊接头组织与力学性能的影响

Abstract
The brazing process of metal connectors can effectively simplify the assembly process of solid oxide fuel cell stack,reduce the assembly error and improve the assembly efficiency.In this paper,the screen printing technology is used to print brazing material on the surface of Fe-Cr17 stainless steel metal connectors and then placed in H2 atmosphere for high temperature brazing,and the effects of H2 flow rate,brazing temperature,holding time and weld gap on the microstructure,diffusion layer and mechanical properties of Fe-Cr17 stainless steel brazed joints are investigated.The results show that the brazing material and Fe-Cr17 stainless steel are easy to form ISZ at the weld interface,and the joint organization is mainly Ni-Cr-Fe solid solution;in the center of the weld is easy to form ASZ,and the joint organization is continuous eutectic and brittle metal compounds;Test surface when the H2 flow rate of 10SLM,brazing temperature of 1190℃,holding time for 30min,weld thickness of 80μm,the joint tissue distribution uniform and dense,no brittle compounds and holes and other de-fects,the joint maximum shear strength of 436.76MPa,the shear mode of tough surface tearing,the joint interface bonding is strong and reliable,and can be applied to the metal in the solid-oxide power stacks.The joint interface is strong and reli-able,and can be applied to the assembly of metal connectors in solid oxide power reactors.关键词
