Abstract
In the face of the increasing demand for low-cost telemetry,tracking,and command(TT&C)and data transmission(DT)about satellites,deploying ring-net medium Earth orbit(MEO)control constellations is an economical and efficient solution.Mission planning is a fundamental issue about satellite control services,which needs comprehensive consideration of requirements such as TT&C,DT,data relay,and satellite-station transmission.An integrated mission planning method is proposed to address this issue,which consists of satellite-station link planning and integrated mission planning under topological changes.A satellite-station link planning model is firstly constructed and solved to determine the time-segmented static link topology.On this basis,an integrated mission planning model under topological changes is established,and a greedy algorithm and an integer programming algorithm are provided to solve it.Complete forward or backward paths can be obtain via integrated mission planning method,where visibility constraints are satisfied,as well as constraints on the use of control satellite payloads.The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and practical to handle the mission planning of requirements about MEO control constellations.关键词
