Abstract
As the world transitions to a low-carbon economy,offshore wind power has become a key driver of clean energy development.China,as the global leader in this sector,is experiencing rapid growth,supported by strong policies,technological innovation,and market demand.This paper examines the current state and future trends of the global and Chinese offshore wind industries,focusing on the role,challenges,and opportunities for power design enterprises.It also provides strategic recommendations for their development.The study highlights that through innovation,market expansion,and integrated approaches,power design enterprises will play a crucial role in advancing the sustainable growth of the offshore wind industry.关键词
