Abstract
In order to promote the development of overseas market,domestic electric power design enterprises have established overseas branches successively,and have promoted the construction of overseas regionalization,specialization and localization to enhance market competitiveness.This topic focuses on the current situation of the management of overseas institutions of electric power design enterprises,summarizes and analyzes the problems and experiences worthy of attention in the substantive operation of overseas institutions on the basis of questionnaires and field interviews,and provides suggestions for the substantive operation of overseas institutions,so as to provide reference for electric power design enterprises to develop overseas markets,transform into international engineering companies.关键词
