Abstract
With the deepening of energy transition and digital transformation,China's power design enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Against this backdrop,an increasing number of these companies are venturing into non-traditional business areas to explore paths for transformation and upgrading.This study focuses on the exploration and transformation practices of power design enterprises in non-traditional business areas.Through questionnaire surveys and field research,it provides an in-depth analysis of the application of new technologies,the experimentation with new models,and the expansion of new business formats during the transformation and upgrading process of these enterprises.The research aims to offer targeted guidance and recommendations for the transformation and upgrading of the power design industry,promoting the competitiveness of enterprises in a complex market environment.关键词
