Abstract
The steel industry is in a downward cycle and the profit space of enterprises is extremely compressed.Most steel companies are facing huge loss risks.In order to alleviate the business situation of enterprises,major steel companies are exploring more cost-effective iron containing raw materials from the source.JX refined powder,as a newly explored refined powder category by a certain steel enterprise,has a grade of 63.5%and belongs to the category of high silicon,high sulfur and coarse-grained refined powder.It has good single ore balling performance and has no significant effect on the specific surface area and particle size composition of the mixture when replacing commonly used refined powder.It is suitable for a slight increase in the proportion of bentonite,a decrease in the bursting temperature of raw balls,and a decrease in the strength of roasted balls.关键词
