摘要

Abstract

The iron ore in the Makeng Iron Mine is mainly magnetite.Selecting pre-concentrate as the research object for preparing high-grade iron concentrate.Pre-selected concentrate is passed through a concentration cyclone to obtain an overflow sample.The overflow sample is processed through a strong magnetic concentration classification stage,a weak magnetic 500 mesh classification stage,a second weak magnetic reverse flotation process.The reverse flotation process involves a coarse sweep,with 100 g/t of coarse collector dodecylamine and 50 g/t of inhibitor starch.The amount of sweeping agent used is halved to obtain a high-grade iron concentrate with a total iron grade of 71.30%and a SiO2 content of 1.08%.All tailings are combined to form a qualified iron concentrate with a grade of 65%.
