Preparation and Performance Analysis of Hard-faced Submerged Flux-cored Wire for Continuous Casting Rolls
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,based on Cr13 flux-cored wire,nitrogen is used to replace part of carbon,and a certain amount of Nb,V and other elements are added based on the advantages of other alloying elements.Through the experimental analysis of the surfacing layer,structure,phase,ICP,hardness and high temperature oxidation resistance,the results show that:The substitution of N element for C element ensures the hardenability of martensitic stainless-steel coating.With the increase of N content,the hardness of the coating is significantly increased.However,when N element exceeds the solid solubility of martensite,pores will appear in the welding process.The addition of Nb and V elements can increase the content of carbon nitride in the surfacing coating,improve the hardness of the coating,and the addition of Nb element can significantly improve the oxidation resistance of the coating.Among them,the No.4 sample has the best mechanical properties and high temperature oxidation resistance,and is better than the market product 414N,which is a good performance of hard surface submerged arc flux-cored wire for continuous casting rolls.关键词
