Abstract
Metallurgical engineering projects are often characterized by their high complexity,large volume of work,and simultaneous construction,requiring management personnel to possess comprehensive professional knowledge and experience during the construction period.How to improve the overall level of engineering construction projects and effectively reduce the burden of project investment is a core factor in project evaluation.Based on the project investment control management platform,the construction of engineering projects is realized in a comprehensive,planned,coordinated,and controlled manner within the system.This achieves standardization and standardization of project management,effectively enhancing the level of project management in engineering projects.关键词
