Abstract
Currently,the steel industry is transitioning from"incremental development"to"stock optimization"stage,and digital transformation and upgrading have become important means for enterprises to layout new tracks and seize new opportunities for future development.On the basis of analyzing the original project management mode of the San Steel Engineering,this article focuses on how to accompany the operation of the intelligent operation system engineering management module to reduce personnel labor intensity,improve work efficiency,dynamically track processes automatically,manage abnormal data,and ensure intrinsic safety.It effectively uses the application of data and systems as an effective lever to deepen internal refined management.Continuously empowering enterprises with the platform to meet the needs of transformation and development.关键词
