基于CATIA的隧道参数化建模及数值计算方法研究

Abstract
To solve the problems of repeated modeling and cumbersome pre-processing steps in tunnel design and calculation,this paper uses VB language to develop CATIA software.Under the concept of CATIA"skeleton line+sketch",based on the parametric characteristics of different tunnel structures,we develop the tunnel parametric design program to realize the rapid design of tunnels in geological BIM models.At the same time,based on the characteristics of FLAC3D's strong numerical computation ability but poor pre-processing ability,and CATIA software's strong modeling ability but weak finite element analysis ability,the conversion interface between CATIA and FLAC3D model is developed by analyzing and comparing the data of mesh cells and nodes of the two software,and the user can convert CATIA model files to FLAC3D model through the conversion interface after meshing the tunnel and geological model based on CATIA.After users mesh the tunnels and geological models based on CATIA,the conversion interface converts the CATIA model files into a format that can be directly recognized by FLAC3D for the next numerical calculations,which reduces the difficulty of FLAC3D pre-processing and realizes the process of constructing the FLAC3D model quickly and accurately.Taking a tunnel project in Guizhou as an example,the integrated workflow of tunnel structure from design to calculation is established,and the feasibility of the parametric design of tunnel and the CATIA-FLAC3D conversion interface is verified,which provides a reliable solution for the rapid design and optimization of tunnel projects.关键词
