Abstract
The construction of"double first-class"is closely related to the development of colleges and universities with national defense characteristics.Colleges and universities with national defense characteristics should deeply understand the spiritual essence of"double first-class"construction to serve the urgent needs of the country and adhere to the first-class characteristics,summarize and analyze the practice and typical experience of cultivating high-quality national defense science and technology talents,optimize and upgrade the layout of disciplines and specialties,strengthen the cultivation of scarce talents,deepen the integration of production and education,focus on the improvement of talent cultivation quality,and continuously enhance their ability to serve the national economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.关键词
