运输振动环境下固体火箭发动机结构完整性研究进展
Research progress on structural integrity of SRMs under transportation vibration environments

Abstract
The research progress and development direction of structural integrity damage of solid rocket motor(SRM)caused by vibration loads under different transportation vibration environments such as road-based,sea-based and air-based were reviewed.Some existing problems to be solved were pointed out.The traditional research methods of SRM structural integrity are relatively rough,costly and time-consuming.The combination of numerical simulation and experimental test can focus on analyzing the response characteristics of SRM under transportation vibration environments and the potential impact on its structural integrity.Under the con-dition of road-based,sea-based and air-based transportation,SRM structure is affected by different types of transportation vibration,especially random vibration and transient impact.Short-term transportation vibration generally does not lead to structural damage.Un-der long-term vibration load,the structural integrity of SRM is affected by fatigue damage.After long-distance transportation,its struc-tural reliability and safety need to be focused on.Finally,the research focus and development trend of SRM structural integrity under transportation vibration load are prospected.It is considered that the key research directions for the future are to build the simulation process of transportation vibration test under laboratory conditions,develop the refined three-dimensional finite element analysis method of SRM,carry out the research on SRM structural integrity under the combined action of multiple loads in the actual trans-portation environment,improve the health monitoring technology of SRM under transportation environments,and establish the trans-portation vibration early warning and vibration prediction system of SRM.关键词
