摘要

Abstract

Vibration testing is an important measure to assess the adaptability of solid rocket motor(SRM)to the expected vi-bration environments.If SRM resonates with the test equipment during the concerned frequency range,its vibration level will far ex-ceed the expected situation,resulting in the vibration over-testing phenomenon.The phenomenon may cause damage to the perform-ance of SRM.In order to analyze the over-testing vibration distribution characteristics of SRM,a simplified model of test fixtures and SRM was established.The vibration transmission characteristics between the two were studied.An improved controll point arrange-ment method for vibration testing was proposed and related verification tests were carried out.The results show that the maximum ra-tio of the SRM actual vibration to the expected vibration is reduced from 2.9 to 1.3 by using the proposed control point arrangement method.Therefore,the proposed method for vibration testing on SRM can be effective to avoid the over-testing phenomenon,improve the reliability of vibration testing results,and provide a guarantee for the design and development of SRM.
