"人才-科技-产业"三链协同下中国新质生产力发展路径研究
The Development Path of Chinese New Quality Productivity Under the Three-Chain Collaboration of"Talent-Science and Technology-Industry"

Abstract
Based on the three-chain collaborative theoretical framework of"talent,science and technology,industry",this paper uses dynamic QCA method to deeply explore the optimal adaptation path of new quality productivity development in the complex ecosystem of talents,science and technology,industry in 30 provinces(municipalities and districts)in China range from 2014 to 2023.It is found that there are six effective configuration paths for the development of new quality productivity,which have obvious effects in different regions and different periods.Industrial base,science and technology output,science and technology in-put,talent reserve,talent cultivation,and"three chains"coordination are the six key core conditions for the development of new quality productivity,among which"three chains"coordination is the only condition that is not missing in five high configuration paths,showing its core supporting role in the development of new quality productivity.This study provides theoretical basis and em-pirical support for analyzing the driving factors of new quality productivity and its practice paths in different regions,and provides useful suggestions for formulating policies to develop new quality productivity according to local conditions and times.关键词
