房价、集聚经济与工业企业区位选择的实证研究
The Impact of Housing Prices and Agglomeration Economies on the Location Choices of Industrial Enterprises

Abstract
Based on city-level panel data from China between 2011 and 2022,this paper employs both bidirectional fixed effects and moderation effects to examine the impact of housing prices and industrial agglomeration on the location choices of indus-trial firms in China.The empirical results indicate that housing prices can exert a pull effect on firms'location choices.Housing prices serve as a signal factor that partially represents the economic benefits of industrial agglomeration.When agglomeration benefits are sufficiently large,high regional housing prices have a positive attraction effect on industrial firms'location decisions.In cities with a high level of industrial agglomeration,housing prices have a greater pull effect than the push effect on the location choices of industrial firms,generating a positive impact on the spatial distribution of firms.In cities with lower levels of industrial agglomera-tion,housing prices have no significant effect on industrial firms'location choices.This suggests that the influence of housing prices on firm location decisions is closely related to the industrial agglomeration level.关键词
