基于"天空地"多源数据的"摩羯"台风甘蔗倒伏监测评估——以上思县为例
Monitoring and Assessment of Sugarcane Lodging Caused by Typhoon "Yagi" Using Multi-source Spaceborne-airborne-ground Data:A Case Study of Shangsi County

Abstract
To objectively,efficiently,and accurately assess sugarcane lodging caused by typhoons and enhance refined sugarcane meteorological services,this study comprehensively applied satellite remote sensing,drone imagery,ground meteorological observations,and lodging disaster survey data.Taking Shangsi County,Fangchenggang City,Guangxi as an example,we evaluated sugarcane lodging caused by Typhoon"Yagi"in early September 2024.The results indicate that:①The sugarcane lodging monitoring technology based on multi-source spaceborne-airborne-ground data fusion can effectively mitigate the impact of southern cloud cover and achieve large-scale monitoring before and after typhoon impacts,with verified accuracy exceeding 90%.②Winds above level 7 can induce moderate or higher lodging in sugarcane during late stalk elongation,causing production losses.③Affected by Typhoon"Yagi",Shangsi County experienced 87.8%sugarcane lodging incidence,with moderate lodging accounting for 46.8%and severe lodging 41.0%.Without considering remedial measures,the estimated sugarcane yield loss reaches 9.4%(approximately 219200 metric tons),and sugar production loss amounts to 13.9%(about 40500 metric tons).These results provide a scientific basis for disaster prevention and reduction in sugarcane planting areas,and also provide a reference for the determination sugarcane insurance losses.In addition,this study also highlights the importance of multi-source data fusion in agricultural disaster monitoring,and provides technical support and method references for the monitoring assessment of similar disasters in the future.By continuously optimizing and improving this technology,it is expected to further improve the accuracy and efficiency of sugarcane lodging monitoring,and to the sustainable development of the sugarcane industry.关键词
