云南云县蔗糖产业现状与发展对策
Current Situation and Development Strategies of Sugar Industry in Yun County of Yunnan

Abstract
In order to further promote the sustainable and healthy development of Yun County'sugar industry,improve the output and quality of sugar cane,this paper proposed development countermeasures through analyzing the current development status of Yun County's sugarcane industry,and identifying existing challenges.During the 14th Five-year Plan,the rapid popularization and application of improved cane varieties and cultivation techniques has promoted restorative growth in Yun County,including cane area,total sugarcane agricultural output,sucrose yield rate,sucrose production,and industrial-agricultural output.The sugarcane area rebounded to 5320.00 hectares,during 2024/25 crushing season,with a total sugarcane agricultural output of 390700 t,sucrose production of 41800 t,generating an industrial and agricultural output value of 445 million yuan and tax revenue of 16.03 million yuan.However,the high-quality development of Yun County's sugarcane industry faces challenges including poor cultivation conditions of cane production,low scale production,high cultivation costs,low profits,limited cane variety diversity,and low mechanization in hilly terrains.To address these issues,we need strengthening leadership and collaboration to boost raw cane production development;increasing support and modernizing sugarcane zones to enhance mechanization;optimizing varieties and promoting advanced cultivation techniques;improving services and training,explore and unlock sucrose yield potential.These strategies aim to leverage favorable policies and market conditions,accelerate the construction of modern sugarcane industrial parks,promote new varieties and technologies,to further elevate sugarcane yield and sucrose content,and drive income growth for farmers,enterprise efficiency,and rural industrial.关键词
