Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Canarium pimela
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effects of different plant growth regulators on seed germination and seed-ling growth of Canarium pimela,the study used different types and concentrations of plant growth regulators GA3,NAA and 6-BA to soak wild apricot seeds and measure their relevant germination indicators.The results showed that different plant growth regulators had varying effects on the germi-nation and growth of Canarium pimela.The promoting effect of three plant growth regulators on the germination of Canarium pimela and seedling growth was ranked in descending order as GA3>NAA>6-BA.GA3 was the best effect on the germination and growth of Canarium pimela,among which 300 mg/L GA3 was the best promotion effect on the germination and seedling growth of Canar-ium pimela seeds and could be used in production to promote the germination of Canarium pimela seeds.关键词
