不同生长期喷施赤霉素对肉苁蓉种子产量及质量的影响
Effects of Hormone Spraying at Different Growth Stages on Seed Yield and Quality of Cistanche deserticola

Abstract
This study investigates the impact of spraying gibberellic acid(GA3 50 mg/L)during differ-ent growth stages(bud stage,initial flowering stage,full flowering stage)on seed yield and quality of Cistanche deserticola.The experimental results showed that hormone treatments sprayed at different growth stages exhibit significant differences in indicators such as inflorescence length,fruit setting rate,per plant yield,fruit length,seed length,thousand-grain weight,and seed vigor.Particularly,the combined spraying of hormones during the bud stage,initial flowering stage,and full flowering stage showed the most remarkable effects,with per plant yield increasing by approximately 67%,inflorescence length increasing by about 30%,fruit setting rate improving by 56%and seed vigor enhancing by 68%.Furthermore,path analysis and multiple regression models further demonstrated that X2(fruit setting rate)and X5(single seed weight)were the most significant factors affecting seed yield,with the final regression equation being Y=-2.03+0.03X2+38.29X5.This study confirmed the effectiveness of multi-stage hormone treatments in enhancing seed yield and quality of Cistanche deserticola,particularly showing that combined spraying at multiple stages could significantly improve seed yield and various traits,whereas single-stage hormone treatments had relatively limited effects.Future research could further optimize the concentration and timing of hormone use,explore more hormone combinations and achieve more stable and efficient yield increases,thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for the high-efficiency cultivation and sustainable develop-ment of Cistanche deserticola.关键词
