摘要

Abstract

Camellia fascicularis is a very small population plant endemic in Yunnan.Its flowers are golden yellow in color and contain a variety of nutrients and health-care ingredients,especially phenol-ic substances.In order to investigate the potential mechanisms underlying the hgpoglycemic effects of Camellia fascicularis polyghenol microcapsules,pharmacological approaches were employed in this study.The results showed that a total of 31 metabolites identified in samples from the gastric diges-tion group(OG)and the intestinal digestion group(OGI)were initially screened through the TCMIP database to obtain 23 effective ingredients and 12 overlapping targets were selected.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that phenolic substances exert hypoglycemic effects through multiple signal pathways.Molecular docking results showed that there was a good binding ac-tivity between the active ingredients produced during gastrointestinal digestion by zein-SA-CFP and T2 DM targets.
