两种生态型蚯蚓介导棉花耐镉的影响研究
Study on the effects of earthworms of two ecological categories on cotton tolerance to Cd

Abstract
In order to solve the issues of soil Cd contamination in agricultural ecosystem of Hebei Province,this study used Eisenia fetida(epigeic)and Amynthas hupeiensis(anecic)(referred to as E and A treatments)for pot experiments to investigate the effects of two ecological categories on cotton growth(Cultivrator'Ji4025')bioaccumulation(BAFCd)and translocation of Cd(TFCd),physiological biomarkers and relative expressions of transporter proteins under CK and Cd-contaminated soil(0.47 and 2.87 mg/kg),respectively.The results suggested that,E.fetida and A.hupeiensis didn't significantly affect biomass of cotton under Cd-contaminated soil(P>0.05)compared with no earthworm treatment.In Cd-contaminated soil,with inoculation of two earthworm species,the values of bioaccumulation factors of Cd(BAFCd)in different organs of cotton were generally ranking in root(1.11-1.34)>leaf(0.61-0.80)>stem(0.29-0.42).While the values of BAFCd of cotton leaves in treatments E and A were decreased by 10.0%and 23.8%(P<0.05),respectively.The values of translocation factors of Cd(TFCd)in cotton of each organ were ranked as stem-to-leaf(1.49-2.51)>root-to-leaf(0.48-0.64)>root-to-stem(0.25-0.33).Compared with no earthworm treament,the values of TFCd(root-to-leaf and stem-to-leaf)of cotton were decreased by 20.0%and 38.9%(P<0.05)in treatment A in Cd-contaminated soil.Results suggested that the values of IBRv2 of E and A treatments were 6.41 and 7.41.In E treatment,stimulated activities of POD,inhibited activities of SOD,decreased levels of MDA,and upregulated GhHMP1 were observed in cotton leaves.In A treatment,it suggested a decreased TP,stimulated POD,upregulated GhHMP1 and GhHMAD5 levels in cotton leaves.Overall,the bioaccumulation of Cd in cotton was mainly concentrated in the roots with inoculation of earthworms.Compared to E treatment,A treatment decreased the translocation of Cd,and it improved the resistance capacity of cotton,providing a theoretical basis for using of earthworm and cotton of phytoremediation Cd-contaminated soil.关键词
